Reduce Stress. Enhance Coping. Strengthen Relationships.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process for helping individuals to identify positive solutions and goals for problems. I provide a safe environment to work with individuals on various life issues. I like to help individuals work on reducing stress, enhance coping and strengthen their relationships. I enjoy helping to empower individuals in all aspects of their life. I strongly feel it is never too late to live a happy and authentic life.
I have extensive experience working with individuals, family caregivers, women, and emerging professionals. In addition, I provide LCSW supervision to LMSW social workers seeking hours for clinical licensure.
