I will verify your insurance to identify what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be for mental health services. I will bill your insurance on your behalf.

Out of Pocket

If you do not have one of the insurances that I am in network with, I will provide you a receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement for services from an out-of-network provider.  

Out of Pocket Rate: $125 per session
