Expanding Your Hope. Living Your Values. Strengthening Your Relationships.
Life can be hard even when nothing seems terribly wrong. Sometimes what has worked for us in the past just isn’t working anymore. We want to feel better, do better, and be better.
I work with people across the lifespan who want to make life changes—to exchange habits of thought, emotion or behavior that aren’t working for them any longer. Together we will plan and work toward real, significant, and enduring life transformation.
So, whether you are working through a loss, struggling with anxiety, making a life transition, wanting to improve your marriage, not wanting to feel so angry, or just need someone to listen — if you want something different in your life, let’s talk.
